Deep Learning algorithms have dramatically transformed the field of Artificial Intelligence in recent years and is driving a new breed of conversational style interfaces to existing applications and services. In this thematic area, we focus on building cognitive intelligence algorithms to produce services capable of reasoning about their current environment. Artificial Intelligence is broadly the topic of making computer systems more intelligent using sophisticated algorithms. Our research looks primarily at applications of different AI algorithms to make human intensive operations much more efficient.

Walton Institute offers companies access to cutting edge living lab infrastructure. funded by Enterprise Ireland Capital Call since 2019.
