Inkel Health are looking to build an application based on a formula called PERMAH that will measure daily employee performance. To achieve this goal, Inkel Health would like to give a different task to the user every day to produce an end of the week or month report, which can be analysed by the management and take steps to improve employee performance. He believes that if companies can build a happy, healthy, informed organisational culture then the success will naturally flow.

An application for developing wellness and psychological safety in the workplace to empower people in the workplace to work well, be well, and do well.

Problem to be solved

The proposed solution is to create Wireframes to an Application for developing wellness and psychological safety in the workplace to empower people in the workplace to work well, be well, and do well.

The goal of the IV is to create an “Intuitive User Experience” through Mid Fidelity Wireframed UI Screen. with the following Deliverables:

• Personas
• User Journeys mapping every user’s persona and possible variations of routes through the application
• Mid Fidelity Wireframes.

How the Gateway delivered a solution

Inkel Health approached TSSG to solve a problem and the first step to the solution was to discover what the user’s needs were and how to they would interact with the Inkel Health’s UI. After working closely with Warren Doyle – Director of Inkle Health we created Personas to learn who his users are and to find out their needs and pain points of using applications like his. Using the output of this research TSSG created User flows to map out the screens, Following this a Mid Fidelity Wireframes UI that had ease of use was created that would help reduce time to complete tasks and over all eradicate cognitive load of its users.

Impact for the company

Inkel Health will be in a position whereby they will have a complete user flow and strategy along with a set of low fidelity wireframes for the primary users allowing Inkel Health to further explore the concept and build upon to translate into a working commercial product. Benefits include;
